Testimonials

The Leading Remote Teams course have two almost equally important parts - the content that you go through and the interaction with course mates from different fields and types of businesses that are all on a similar but at the same time often on a different journey - You have the chance to learn from both. The content will take you systematically through the most important aspects of managing remote teams like connection, communication, development etc. and the interaction with the peers will give you insights into real-life businesses, their wins and struggles.I found the content relevant and well-packed into graspable chunks. The material made me think, compare and analyze what is done and working well in my working environment, where there are opportunities to grow, what are the first simple steps I can take now and what will need a bit more planning and buy-in.Going through all the main aspects also assured me, that managing remote teams is not rocket science but some things need conscious effort to get it right and it is easy to slide over them in our everyday busy lives. As mentioned before discussions with peers were golden as they made me ponder about real-life scenarios and learn from others' experiences. When taking this course you better plan about three hours for individual work (two hours for the material and one for reflecting)+ one hour for the lecture/meeting per week. I know it is quite a bit, but as it is only 8 weeks, most of us can squeeze it in and it is a time well used
